About My Clients
My clients are empathic caregivers. They excel at giving to others, but struggle with knowing how to give back to themselves. My clients are often able to find a million wonderful traits in others, bt are challenged to celebrate their own unique qualities. Many struggle with feeling alone and forgotten, battle emptiness, worthlessness, doubt or worry.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrated approach which often includes helping one look closely at their thoughts and how it effects they way they feel and walk through the world. I also believe strongly in helping my clients accept who and where they are in a compassionate and non-judgmental way in order to move them towards self-acceptance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone has the right to live life as their most authentic self. When we move towards self-compassion and acceptance we move closer to living a live that is inline with our values.
