I believe that therapy is a form of self care. I do not buy into the stigmatization that counseling is only for those with severe mental health . I am inclusive of all people, bodies, and disabilities. all races, ethnicities, and cultures, all sexual orientations, gender Identities and expressions. All atheist, religions, and spiritualities. BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and sex kink positive allied. I provide a welcoming safe casual environment for my clients to express their authentic self free from outside pressure and judgment.
