My Background and Approach
I have over 23 years of experience working with people just like you who are seeking relief and hope through therapy. My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Creative Arts Therapy. In addition to talk therapy, I use experiential approaches in my practice, such as making art, working relationally, mindfulness, and body therapy. I'm looking for people with an adventurous spirit who are willing to do the work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am most aligned with humanistic psychology, which translates helping clients achieve their greatest potential. This means achieving the goals that we find together, as well as removing the roadblocks to finding joy and happiness in life. I can help you discover and revel in yourself, in your own way and at your own pace.
