About My Clients
You’ve been holding it together for a long time—maybe too long. My clients are often new parents, trauma survivors, anxious overthinkers, and those healing from spiritual or religious trauma. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed. Whether you’re navigating a life transition or untangling pain that’s been with you for years, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy with me is a place to exhale and feel seen.
My Background and Approach
I’m a PhD-level licensed professional counselor with advanced training in perinatal mental health, trauma, and anxiety. I’ve supported clients through major life transitions, painful family histories, and the quiet weight of trying to be “okay” when they’re anything but. My approach is steady, warm, and collaborative—I won’t rush you, and I won’t just nod along. I bring honesty, deep respect, and practical tools to help you feel more like yourself again. I also specialize in working with people healing from religious or spiritual trauma, especially those untangling what they believe, how they belong, and who they’re allowed to be. Therapy with me is grounded in compassion and curiosity, not judgment or assumptions. Whether you’re navigating early parenthood, trauma recovery, or a quiet identity shift, I offer a space that meets you where you are—so you can move forward with more steadiness and self-trust.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to earn belonging. I offer support for people navigating anxiety, trauma, early parenthood, and the quiet pressure to hold it all together. I have a special focus in perinatal mental health and understand the complex emotional shifts that can come with pregnancy, birth, and new parenthood. I also work with clients who are healing from painful or confusing experiences in spiritual or religious communities. Whether you’re questioning your identity, adjusting to new roles, or processing stories you’ve never had space to unpack, I’ll meet you with steadiness, warmth, and respect. I don’t assume what healing should look like—I trust that we’ll figure it out together, at your pace.
