About My Clients
You look like you’ve got it together, but inside, it’s burnout, anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling stuck. You don’t have to hold it all together here. I work best with deep feelers, perfectionists, and folks ready to break old patterns and feel more grounded. Together we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck and gently shift it with humor, compassion, and real tools, so you can reconnect with your full, badass self.
My Background and Approach
With over a decade of experience, I bring both clinical training and real-life perspective to this work. I take a mind-body, holistic approach to healing, so we’ll work with both your thoughts and your nervous system, helping you not just talk through what’s hard, but actually feel different. My background includes building school-based mental health programs, co-founding a nonprofit focused on racial and educational justice in Atlanta, community advocacy work, and supporting survivors of trafficking and trauma. My foundation in social justice and community engagement shapes how I practice: with deep respect for your lived experience and a commitment to creating space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. If you’re tired of over-functioning, people-pleasing, or feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, co-dependency, depression, or disconnection, I’m here to help you reclaim your voice, your boundaries, and your sense of meaning, without the pressure to have it all figured out.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of people and communities to heal, grow, and transform. Each person holds an intrinsic beauty and strength. I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals reconnect not just with others, but also with themselves and the world around them. I believe in the capacity for change, especially when we acknowledge the connection between mind, body, and the environment. We are not just individuals, we are part of something larger. The ways we connect with our bodies, our emotions, and our communities are all essential in the healing process. This belief in connection extends into the way I approach therapy: with empathy, respect, and a strong commitment to social justice. I stand for a world where every individual is seen, heard, and valued for exactly who they are.
