My clients are people who are doing the hardest thing there is: they're choosing change. Maybe you're living a life that looks “fine” on the outside, but inside—you're overwhelmed, carrying the weight of anxiety, trauma, relational stress, or unspoken expectations. My approach combines evidence-based practices like EMDR, CBT, TF-CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy with trauma-informed, brain-body integration work. I create a safe, respectful space where you’re heard and understood. My role is not just to listen, but to help you understand your patterns, heal your nervous system, and discover practical ways to move forward.
