My Background and Approach
Our methodology is uniquely effective: We customize each treatment approach to your specific needs, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, somatics, and creative arts. All of our therapists have a minimum of 10-15 years experience as licensed therapists in NYC. We know that no two individuals are alike, and therefore need and deserve a specific plan, authentic empathy, and the tools to make change in their life. We believe you are innately healthy under the behaviors and emotions that limit you from experiencing a fulfilling life: Unlearn harmful behaviors and thoughts, reconnect to your body and mind, find clarity, and regain emotional balance.

Our team of therapists is made up of diverse women from all backgrounds. We are activiely anti-racist and inclusiveness in our approach. We believe that mental health care needs less stigma and more accessibility.
