Anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem can get in the way of your goals. I focus on working with you to create a plan to get you from where you are now, to where you hope to be.
My Background and Approach
Using a variety of techniques, including CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, we will work together toward your goals. Additionally, I have specialized training in harp therapy and clinical music. This can help reduce anxiety while encouraging creative expression. Asking for help can be a tough step to take. It's my goal to provide a space where you can begin to create the future you want for yourself. I look forward to working with you!
