About My Clients
I work with adolescents (11+), adults, and couples. I specialize in supporting emerging adults who are just trying to figure it all out. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, or big transitions, I offer a supportive, understanding space to explore, reflect, and move forward at your own pace.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I take an integrative, psychodynamically-informed approach, blending insight into past experiences with practical strategies for today. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, empathetic, and tailored to you—helping you understand yourself more deeply while finding meaningful ways to navigate life’s challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in approaching life with compassion, humility, and curiosity, and these values guide both my work as a counselor and how I engage with the world. I care deeply about creating spaces where all people feel seen, heard, and valued, and I strive to bring empathy and understanding into every interaction. Helping others grow and heal isn’t just my profession—it’s a reflection of how I try to live and connect with those around me.
