About My Clients
I work best with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating life’s challenges, whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, or major life transitions. My ideal clients are those who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, struggle with self-doubt, or find themselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of the clients I work with are managing the pressures of school, work, relationships, or parenthood and are looking for a space where they can feel heard, validated, and supported.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with three years of clinical experience and over nine years of working with children, teens, and families. My expertise lies in helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and psychoeducation, I help clients develop coping skills, regulate emotions, and build resilience. My background in school and clinical settings has reinforced my belief that therapy should be collaborative, validating, and tailored to each individual. Whether you’re a teen struggling with academic or social pressures, a young adult adjusting to independence, or a parent navigating family dynamics, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I'm passionate about equity, inclusion, and advocating for access to mental health care—especially for young people navigating a world that often doesn’t feel built for them. I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and value creating affirming, identity-safe spaces for all clients. Outside of therapy, I enjoy volunteering in my community and supporting causes that promote youth empowerment, mental health awareness, and family well-being.
