About My Clients
Are you wanting to strengthen your relationship, heal after conflict or infidelity, or better understand how trauma, anxiety, depression, or neurodivergence impacts your life? I support couples, families, individuals, and teens in a warm, nonjudgmental space where we slow down patterns, clarify goals, build practical tools, and create room for deeper connection, healing, and growth.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, families, teens, and neurodivergent adults who are ready for meaningful change. My approach is warm, experiential, person-centered, and research-informed. In therapy, we slow things down and pay attention to the full picture, your story, emotions, nervous system, body cues, coping patterns, and the ways you show up in relationships. My work is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. Before becoming a therapist, I served as an officer and worked with children, families, and neurodivergent communities. I care deeply about creating spaces where people do not have to mask, perform, or “have it all together” to be understood.I specialize in relationships, trauma, neurodivergence, infidelity recovery, communication breakdowns, and intimacy concerns. At Uncomfortably Comfy, we honor what helped you survive while making room for what helps you thrive.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I may be a good fit for you if you’re looking for a therapist who brings both warmth and depth into the room. I believe growth is a lifelong process, and I stay committed to learning, research, and continued training so I can support clients with care that is both compassionate and informed. My work is especially rooted in neurodivergence, relationships, trauma, and family systems. I do not believe therapy is about “fixing” who you are. It is about understanding your story, your wiring, your nervous system, and the patterns that once helped you survive but may no longer be helping you thrive. I bring a collaborative, experiential, and research-informed approach where we slow things down, get curious, build practical tools, and make space for real change. At Uncomfortably Comfy, you do not have to mask, perform, or have it all together to be supported.
