Hi I am Jennifer, I work with individuals that want to live life loved and discover yourself along the way! My work with clients is transparent and holistic. I support and empower clients struggling with a history of trauma; grief/loss; perinatal mental health; chronic illness/pain; those experiencing high anxiety; clients that are highly sensitive and empathic; or those who are simply feeling the weight of life stressors and transitions. My Background and Approach
My goal is for you to live a life that's worthy to you. I want you to release from the burdens and find your strength. We will work on building tools and skills to help with anxiety and depression. We will learn what your responses are from body, mind and soul. I find my work is transparent and healing. My experience is around trauma with families and military processing and desensitization, sexual healing and the grief/loss process and the 7 steps through this. I also have training in addictions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each person has the capacity to learn change and grow. If you want to learn more about yourself it is yours to discover. I am grounded by faith and the elements that hold us here. I come from a childhood that was uncommon and built a lot of anxiety and anger that held me back for a long time. I had to learn to develop my own sense of fulfillment and peace. I want others to know that through a tragedy or mishap that it doesn't determine your destiny. I believe that we all have a deeper quest that's waiting to be seen. I can appreciate all cultures and beliefs.
