About My Clients
Clients can expect a judgment free zone when working with Obsidian Health and Wellness staff and therapist. Everyone develops unhealthy patterns or coping skills at some point in their lives that impact their ability to move forward. Our goal is to help you deconstruct the negative behavioral patterns that cause dissatisfaction in your life and move you forward. We work with people on an individual, relationship, family and group level.
My Background and Approach
Our treatment philosophy is collaborative. Our approach to therapy is to meet you where you are on your journey in a non-judgmental, compassionate, direct way. Not every client responds to the same therapeutic model and therefore, we use an eclectic blend of approaches to help you reach your goals.
