I enjoy working with adults with Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Life Transitions, Relationships, LGBTQ affirming, Addictions. Trauma. I also have a passion for helping people with Decluttering as I believe it directly affects our mood. My focus is to support you on your path!
My Background and Approach
I believe we can change how we feel by how we think and what we do. I am trained in Brainspotting which can be used to help with anything that is getting in the way of you getting to where you want to be!
