About My Clients
I am accepting the following new patients: children ages 6+, teens, adults & older adults. I enjoy helping individuals with a variety of mental health concerns, including treatment resistant mental health disorders. If you feel that you've tried everything, come see me and we can discuss this further!
My Background and Approach
I strive to form an honest and transparent relationship with my clients. I believe that the provider-client relationship is a partnership; there is no one size fits all treatment plan. You are in the driver's seat and I am here to help guide and support you on your journey to better mental health; whether this involves treatment with medications, supplements for a more natural approach, a combination of the two, or a creative option which we come up with together. My hope is that you will come away from a session confident that your concerns were heard and that you have more answers than questions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I don't push prescription medications on my clients. I see them as another tool to help manage your mental health; they can be very helpful for many people but they're not the only treatment option.
