I work hard with my clients in a true trauma-informed therapeutic partnership to help understand the barriers in their lives that are interfering with their happiness. I work with a diverse range of teen as well as adult individual clients. Life is too short to stay stuck in not-so-good relationships or consistently feel anxious and stressed. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My commitment is to value and advocate for each person I have the privilege of working with regardless of race, religion, relationship structure, sexual orientation, and gender expression. Through therapy together I strive to empower clients to be their authentic selves and be comfortable naming their needs and boundaries in and out of therapy. I believe that our experiences inform who we are in the most surprising ways, and I continue to be amazed by the creativity and resourcefulness of living things. I view therapy as a space where you will feel supported, connected, and challenged.
