As a chronic pain and chronic illness patient myself, I get what it is like to go from being able body one day to a whole new life that I didn't choose. Wanting to be my old self again stopped me from moving forward. Learning to accept the challenges that come from this is a process. I can help you through and be there each step of the way as you emotionally heal from having a chronic medical condition.

Working with teens is a passion of mine. Kids these days have more challenges then ever before. Over 50% of young people feel lonely or alone. Whether your teen is experiencing depression, anxiety, social media issues, peer conflicts, feels alone, getting bullied or just needs a listening ear, I am here for them.

I have been a career coach for over 25 years helping people develop a career plan, resume building, searching for jobs, how to apply to jobs, interviewing skills, negotiating salary, and any other job related focus.

I have over 20 years of experience utilizing this type of treatment to teens and adults.

This is the main approach I use in therapy. I have an advanced certificate in Rational Emotive Behavioral Techniques (REBT) from the Ellis Institute in NYC. CBT is extremely effective for almost any issue a person is having
