About My Clients
Ever have a day where there is no one you can share personal information with or who will get it? I'm here so you don't have to feel alone and have someone non-judgmental to talk with. My focus is working with teens (including self-harm and/or suicidal ideation), and adults. I have practiced over 25 years in various areas of specialties. Whether you come in person or have virtual sessions, counseling can be a great step. Video or phone sessions are a very convenient, and confidential.
My Background and Approach
With my education and training, I can help you achieve your goals of self-improvement through utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), Dialetical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-focused therapy, and brief therapy models. I am a very active listener, offer a down to earth approach, and am open-minded to all lifestyles.
