My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. I believe in looking at each person as a whole being. I don’t just focus on the mind, but your body and spirit as well. I believe mental health and physical health are connected and all areas of a persons life need to be explored in order to bring about balance. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Person-Centered therapy, as well as Mindfulness to help clients achieve their goals. I feel using a combination of techniques and tools is beneficial and I’m flexible to what works best for each individual.
