CBT has to do with the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe the way we feel, and subsequently the way we behave and respond to the world around us, is based largely on our patterns of thinking. If we can identify, challenge, and reframe our thinking patterns into thought patterns that are healthier and more adaptive, then we are usually able to feel better and get more of what we want out of life.
