About My Clients
I worked for a large health system for 13 years as both a clinical psychologist and Chief Well-Being Officer. I love to work with busy professionals in healthcare, law, tech who have high expectations of themselves which often results in difficulty with work/life balance or flow. I can help you assess your dimensions of well-being, reprioritize and be the best version of yourself in all your life roles. I also specialize in individuals and couples facing infertility.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I weave in coaching, mindfulness, positive psychology, and strength-based approaches based on your needs. Additionally, I have a post doctoral Master's degree in clinical psychopharmacology and can talk with you about medication options. Although I cannot prescribe in my state of licensure (yet), I can give suggestions for you to discuss with your primary care provider.
