I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) specializing in helping children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, and emotional challenges. As the owner of Peaceful Healing Counseling Services, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Behavior Modification techniques to provide a structured yet compassionate approach to healing. My therapy style is supportive, solution-focused, and client-centered, helping individuals build confidence, set boundaries, and develop healthier coping skills. I believe in creating a safe and empowering space where clients feel heard and understood. Beyond therapy, I provide mental health education through my brand, JenTheCounselor, offering online courses, books, and coaching programs to support personal growth.
