Jennifer provides a safe, caring, and accepting environment where clients are encouraged to explore their emotions, grow from experiences, establish balance, and discover a life they can live with purpose.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people underestimate their ability to change. It’s possible to change. It’s possible to enjoy life again. I believe that loving and accepting ourselves is one of the most courageous things we can do. I believe that if we continue to keep working and believing in ourselves, we can be in completely different space sooner than we think.
