Who are you? Are you be able to answer that question authentically without hesitation? My ideal client is one who is struggling to reconnect with their authentic selves due to co-dependency issues, anxiety or other mental health challenges that are keeping them stuck in autopilot.

I have been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counseling in the State of Pennsylvania since 2006. In 2010 I founded and established "The Counseling House", a collaborative group practice near Pittsburgh, PA. I
