My Background and Approach
Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia. She obtained graduate degree specializations in psychological assessments and teaching. Jennifer has worked as an adjunct professor teaching Psychology classes at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. She has served in a wide range of clinical settings, including a detention center, a community mental health clinic, a nonprofit clinic, and private practice. Her approach is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Using evidence-based techniques (CBT, EFT, DBT, EMDR, Trauma Informed), I help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful growth.
