About My Clients
If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or misunderstood, you don't have to handle it alone. I work with adults, parents, and children including neurodivergent individuals and offer a warm and accepting space where you can feel brave, seen, and supported.
My Background and Approach
After 20 plus years of sitting with people through life's challenges, I've learned how to truly help. I'm trained and qualified with a background with helping people cope with tough situations and memories and understanding their anxiety and depression. Together, we will create a toolkit of strategies and skills that will feel comfortable for you. I'll simply help you slow down, sort out the tangle of your thoughts and feelings, and discover your own inner strength. You'll walk away feeling more capable, grounded, and ready to face your unique challenges. Let's begin.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person, regardless of their background, neurotype, or life experience, holds incredible worth and potential. I am dedicated to creating a space where all different minds and stories are genuinely welcomed and understood. This belief is deeply personal, stemming from my journey as a mom to an autistic child, which has given me an intimate understanding of the unique challenges and profound joys within diverse families. Coupled with my 20 years of experience working with autistic children and their families in both in-home and outpatient settings, I offer a therapy approach rooted in deep empathy, practical understanding, and zero judgment. I don't just work with neurodiversity; I understand it from the inside out, allowing me to partner with you to build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
