As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I focus my practice on providing LGBTQ-affirming treatment to adults seeking help with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, coming out and relationship issues.
My Background and Approach
I am licensed in California, Delaware, and Iowa. From a trauma-informed perspective, I use a variety of treatment modalities, including solution-focused treatment, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. These treatments will help you develop a set of tools and coping skills to develop resilience and overcome obstacles. Let's work together to develop solutions to your concerns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a member of the LGBTQ community, I know first hand how hard it is to access LGBTQ affirming care. I started my private practice to help increase access to effective and competent behavioral healthcare with a provider who understands the issues and challenges facing our beautiful, vibrant, and proud community.
