About My Clients
My clients are often recovering from long-term emotional or relational trauma—often feeling stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, guilt, or self-doubt. They may be healing from narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, or codependency and want to reclaim their sense of self. I help clients build safety, self-trust, and boundaries while breaking free from toxic or antagonistic relationships and learning to live with confidence, peace, and authenticity.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist, clinical supervisor, and registered nurse with over 17 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. My work centers on relationship trauma, family estrangement, narcissistic and/or scapegoat abuse, domestic violence, and codependency/complex PTSD. I use an integrated mind-body-relational approach—including somatic interventions—drawing from systemic and Jungian theories, as well as inter- and transpersonal psychologies. My practice is firmly trauma-informed. I specialize in helping individuals heal from the lasting effects of dysfunctional or abusive relationships and toxic family systems. My focus is on narcissistic abuse recovery and codependency, guiding clients toward emotional intelligence, self-trust, resilience, empowerment, and identity development. Clients can expect holistic, practical interventions that foster self-awareness, body-mind integration, and personal empowerment. Self-scheduling is available on my website, and I welco
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in creating spaces where people feel truly seen, safe, and valued—especially those who’ve been silenced, dismissed, or made to feel “too much.” My work is grounded in compassion and authenticity. I support trauma-informed, inclusive care for all identities and am an advocate for mental health awareness, relational healing, and empowerment of survivors of abuse. I value equality, integrity, and the courage it takes to heal and live truthfully. I stand for kindness, curiosity, and growth over perfection.
