I help people dealing with worry and racing thoughts reduce their anxiety and increase their coping skills. I help people cope with feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and at a crossroads discover ways to to managing stress. I provide anxiety therapy to help people lower their anxiety and reduce their panic attacks. I use treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
