About My Clients
I work together with adolescents, young adults and adults on identifying personal goals related to emotional health. I have success with helping individuals and families effectively cope with regulating emotions, increasing abilities to cope with stress and creating a safe place to process our innermost thoughts.
My Background and Approach
I utilize concepts from Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as mindfulness based practices to assist the individuals I work with. In my practice, It's my goal to provide a safe space with an objective ear for clients to verbally process and flourish in their current lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I help individuals to effectively manage their emotions, cope with anxiety/stress and build positive self-esteem while stimulating inner growth. I often assist young adults in identifying goals and help inspire action towards creating the life they want to lead. My greatest passion is to assist individuals and families in making positive change in their mental health.
