About My Clients
I work with adults who are navigating personal and professional challenges brought on by anxiety, depression, work-life balance, life transitions, and more. I especially enjoy helping neurodivergent adults and overwhelmed professionals who feel stuck, frustrated, or burned out. I also work with clients who don’t have a formal mental health diagnosis, but are interested in reducing stress or improving overall well-being.
My Background and Approach
My style is holistic, strengths-based, empowering, and neurodiversity-affirming. Because each client is unique, I use a personalized and integrative strategy that combines techniques from various evidence-based and alternative treatments. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I have a special professional interest in ecotherapy and strive to include the healing aspects of nature in treatment plans whenever possible. I also look for opportunities to engage clients in creative activities to support treatment goals.
More About the People I Treat
Mental health is complex and multifaceted, deeply intertwined with our physical health, spirituality, life experiences, environment, and more. That's why I take a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the whole person rather than a collection of symptoms and problems. Using this lens, I help my clients better understand themselves, develop self-acceptance, focus on personal growth, and live fuller lives. I'm here to empower you, providing guidance and support as you take charge of your life and make positive changes.
