Mindfulness and self-care are core beliefs that I hold in my practice. Taking care of the mind, body and spirit together are important. In conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I utilize tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as other therapy modalities to provide an individualized treatment plan that works best for you.
