Things are not going as well as you would like. Daily chores feel overwhelming. You feel blue most days and lash out at those closest to you surpising them and yourself. People experiencing distressing anxiety, depression, obsessional thoughts, compulsive behaviors seek me out. Creative people tend to be best able to take advantage of what I offer which is depth psychotherapy. People in 12 Step Recovery are well suited for this insight oriented psychotherapy.
My Background and Approach
Together we will explore the root causes of your distress. What is it your heart longs for and what is standing in the way of getting it? As you gain insight, you might find you are better able to make more fully informed decisions that lead to less inner turmoil and happier outcomes.

I believe that therapy need not be humorless nor does it need to be interminable.
