About My Clients

I work with teens who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or are struggling with self-harm or anxiety. I also support parents trying to reconnect with their kids and adults navigating faith shifts, identity questions, or relationship pain. I draw from attachment-based therapy, parts work (IFS), and Gottman Method to help clients heal relational wounds, build insight, and move toward lasting change—with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment.

My Background and Approach

I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in MFT from Hope International University. My work is grounded in attachment theory, parts work (IFS), and Gottman Method principles. I specialize in helping teens who struggle with self-harm, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, as well as parents trying to support them. I also work with individuals navigating faith shifts, identity transitions, and relational wounds. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years supporting families and young adults in community and spiritual settings, which shaped my warm, collaborative approach. My goal is to create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens in safe, honest relationships—with ourselves and with others. I’m especially passionate about supporting those who feel like they don’t quite fit the mold—whether because of their mental health, family dynamics, or shifting faith. I value inclusion, curiosity, and compassion over perfection. I’m affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities, supportive of deconstructing harmful belief systems, and committed to social justice and mental health advocacy. Outside the therapy room, I speak and create content around self-harm recovery, family healing, and spiritual reconstruction. I’m also a mom and know firsthand how messy and meaningful growth can be.
