About My Clients
I work with clients with depression, anxiety, and poor self-image stemming from complex trauma, conflicts in identity from culture, race or sexuality, or social marginalization/exclusion among others. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults of all ages.
My Background and Approach
As someone who's struggled with many of the same issues, I pride myself on being a strong ally and advocate who believes transformation comes through a collaborative process. My goal is to help clients become their own best friends, champions, and cheerleaders. I work w/ persons struggling with prolonged, and intergenerational-multicultural concerns that affect self-confidence and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about my work and I believe that the world can only benefit from individuals who can learn better to honor, appreciate and value their own strengths, including creativity, individuality, and empathy! Our emotions are not our enemy.
