About My Clients
If you are going through a challenging time of life, struggling with relationships, looking to change unhelpful patterns or struggling to find your voice this is the place for you. My clients say they feel heard, understood, encouraged and empowered. We will work through the challenges, obstacles and tough stuff together. My goal is to have clients gain awareness, skills, and confidence as they move towards their next chapter.
My Background and Approach
After you have shared your concerns and challenges, we will work together to implement skills and coping strategies to utilize while we sort out the unhelpful patterns, self-talk and narratives. We will focus your current strengths and build new ones to help you reach your goals. Traumatic experiences will be honored and held carefully. Safety and dignity are paramount during times of healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My job history includes babysitter, swim instructor, lifeguard, registered nurse and therapist. I have spent my entire professional life helping people reach their potential. I think giving yourself the grace to make mistakes as you learn, practice new skills and incorporate new ideas is important. I think baby steps are some of the biggest steps there are. I also believe that anything worth doing is worth doing poorly. Being genuine and authentic are the goals not perfection.
