Life is filled with many periods of major transition and change: Family Changes, Career Changes, Relationship Changes, Health Changes, Identity Changes. Change is almost a constant in our lives. Finding ways to cope with the challenges of change can be overwhelming. Wouldn't it be great to have someone supporting you through some of these difficult transitions?

Grief is everywhere for all of us - yet our society does a poor job allowing people to grieve. Lose a close loved one? Maybe you’ll get 3 paid days off from work. People will bring casseroles and tell you to call if you need anything but then life moves forward and you get the very clear message that you should move on and get over it. I’m here to tell you that message is wrong. It is ok to grieve and it is normal to struggle with how to continue living your life while dealing with grief.

Whether it’s through my work in open adoption, international adoption, egg donation, surrogacy, postpartum mental health, or infertility treatment, I have provided supported to countless couples and singles as they moved through the often overwhelming and frustrating processes of trying to build their family. I understand the unique challenges involved, the stigmas attached, and the intense feelings.
