About My Clients
I work with people navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges, among other concerns. I love working with clients to explore and identify what their needs are, and collaborating on goals to attain these needs. My clients can expect authenticity in our therapeutic relationship. I also commonly "assign" homework for clients to work on outside of therapy sessions, to aid in long-term skill development to aid in goal attainment.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in helping you recognize your strengths and resilience, rather than focusing only on what feels “wrong.” I take a holistic view of well-being, looking at how different parts of your life—like your thoughts, health, relationships, environment, and support systems—interact and shape your experience. Together, we’ll build practical skills, deepen your understanding of what you’re going through, and explore practical tools so you can create meaningful, lasting change in your life. Starting in our very first session, I will work with you to make your therapeutic experience as fulfilling as possible. It is very important to me to provide a welcoming, authentic, and supportive therapeutic experience for my clients; a space where all feel heard, understood, and validated. To achieve this, we'll work together to identify your specific needs and goals and collaborate on a game plan to help you achieve these goals.
