About My Clients
I specialize in working with neurodivergent, queer, trans, and chronically ill folks navigating eating disorders, OCD, anxiety disorders, ARFID, and body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). Many of my clients have been misdiagnosed, dismissed, or forced to mask their needs. If you’re exploring neurodivergence, questioning past labels, or feeling burned out by systems that never fit—you’re not alone. I offer therapy and affirming Autism & ADHD evaluations rooted in curiosity, consent, and care.
How I Can Help You
I’m an AuDHD therapist, evaluator, and human who knows what it’s like to be misunderstood by systems never built with us in mind. I bring lived experience and deep clinical focus in eating disorders and OCD, especially when layered with neurodivergence, trauma, or chronic illness. I specialize in eating disorder recovery, ARFID and feeding challenges, OCD and anxiety-related disorders, neuroimmune conditions like PANS/PANDAS/AE, PMDD and hormonal sensitivity, and neurodivergent burout. My approach is idiographic, formulation-based, and trauma-informed—rooted in curiosity, consent, and collaboration. I also offer Autism and ADHD evaluations. Together, we’ll explore your sensory profile, executive functioning, and how you’ve survived in the face of systemic harm. My work is anchored in relational trust, bodily autonomy, and deep respect for your story. We’ll slow down, notice patterns, and co-create a process that honors your pace and capacity.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I bring both professional expertise and lived experience—including personal recovery from an eating disorder and lived experience with OCD—to my work. I know what it’s like to feel erased, misjudged, or pressured to comply with systems that didn’t account for your reality. My practice is rooted in anti-carceral, anti-ableist, and HAES-aligned care that honors autonomy, body diversity, and neurodivergent ways of being. I work relationally and collaboratively, believing that healing happens through connection—not control. I’m also committed to continually unpacking my own biases, unlearning internalized harm, and approaching this work with humility and accountability. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform wellness to be supported. Whether we’re exploring obsessional doubt, restrictive eating, identity, or burnout, I’ll meet you with nuance, curiosity, and deep respect. You won’t be pathologized here—your full humanity will be honored.
