About My Clients
I believe you are the expert of your life, but sometimes even an expert needs help. I am here to help you through the uncertainties, the questions, and the growing process. I utilize various styles and treatment modalities because everyone is different. I have experience providing therapy to adults and use an eclectic approach to fit your needs. It is my belief we can work together to uncover your strengths, bring peace to your struggles, and to develop skills to move forward on your own terms.
My Background and Approach
I use a variety of techniques, interventions, and creativity to help you discover your own strengths and needs. Art Therapy is a great way to uncover answers to stressors, how to deal with emotions, and learn more about ourselves. I combine Art Therapy with other modalities to help with a wide range of issues including anxiety, relationships, and trauma. I have also provided Gender Affirmation letters for transgender/gender non-conforming clients to assist with surgeries and other needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We will work together to uncover needs, strengths, and healing. I believe there are many reasons that individuals come to counseling, and I am here to wade through with you.
