About My Clients
Sometimes we just want to be heard. I provide a space for you to be you. We all go through times when life gets overwhelming and we need help coping. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I have had the privilege of serving adults, adolescents, couples, children and families from diverse walks of life and cultural backgrounds. My clients see me weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on their progress toward goals.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia. I believe you have inside you all you need to heal. I approach each client by creating a safe and nonjudgmental place to engage, provide resources, and help keep them on track toward their goals. I believe we have powerful strengths within us to find the answers we are looking for. I want to break down those walls and help you find yourself again. You are the driver in this journey and my hope is that I can help navigate you to reach your destination.
