My Background and Approach

Jenna is a NM Board Approved Supervisor and currently provides supervision services to master's students and LMSW social workers.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The skills you’ve learned to survive may not be the same that allow you to thrive. Growth takes an exceptional amount of patience, resilience, and vulnerability, and seeking help is the first step. Professional therapy provides the opportunity to assess our patterns of behavior with honesty and compassion and then cultivate meaningful progress. I believe in advocacy and empowerment through a social justice lens, taking into account the incredibly complex experience of being human in a difficult world. Professionally, I am a licensed clinical social worker and board-approved social work supervisor. I specialize in the treatment of substance use disorders, trauma, and disorders of personality through an attachment and trauma-forward focus. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, cross-culturally responsive, and experienced in helping couples who participate in consensual non-monogamy.
