I am well-versed in the nuances of anxiety and employ proven therapeutic approaches to help you manage anxiety effectively. I teach practical coping strategies, stress reduction techniques, and, when needed, provide exposure therapy to gradually face and conquer specific fears.

I specialize in understanding and working with individuals who experience the challenges of ADHD. I have extensive knowledge of the diagnostic criteria, treatment options, and the impact ADHD can have on daily life. My goal is to help adults develop effective coping strategies, improve attention and impulse control, and build self-esteem.
