I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, focusing heavily on self-esteem, ADHD, autism, anxiety, and self-harm. I'm particularly passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community as well and helping each client grow to become their best self!
My Background and Approach
Hi! I'm Jenna - a Licensed Social Worker who has been in the field since 2021. I am dedicated to fostering positive change and committed to providing empathetic and effective therapeutic services. Specializing in kids and young adults, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs to of each individual and enjoy using relational approaches to develop a sense of safety without judgment within every session. I prioritize building strong relationships and focusing on individual strengths to ensure a supportive environment for each client, while also providing gentle pushes to help each client become their best self. I work with each client to explore their concerns and utilize practical strategies for growth and healing while remaining non-judgmental. Outside of my therapeutic practice, I find joy in various activities. Whether it is hiking with my dog Breslin, paddle boarding, or relaxing with yoga, I believe that balance is key!
