At the end of the day you feel hopeless about finding relief.
My Background and Approach
Marsha Linehan once said, “It is hard to be happy without a life worth living… Of course, all lives are worth living in reality. No life is not worth living. But what is important is that you experience your life as worth living—one that is satisfying, and one that brings happiness.” I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy which can include DBT and EMDR.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I can show up for you and demonstrate that you’re not alone on your journey. I can listen to you, and really hear what you’ve been trying to get others to understand. I can work with you in a collaborative and supportive partnership to brave the journey and foster peace, resiliency, and hope for a life worth living. Together, we can break the cycle.
