About My Clients

I enjoy working with adults struggling with a sense of self and identity, issues around relationships and sex, the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and individuals feeling stuck or unmotivated. Clients often come to me when they're ready to break free from familiar patterns holding them back and to heal from past traumas. Maybe you've tried traditional talk therapy before, and it hasn't felt like the right fit. Or maybe you're ready for deeper, somatic and attachment-centered work. You are so welcome here.

My Background and Approach

My approach is informed by attachment science, nervous system regulation, and the transformative power of attunement. I integrate Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Brainspotting, somatic therapy, and parts work for deep, experiential, and trauma-informed care. I walk with clients who feel stuck in familiar patterns and disconnected from themselves and others. Rather than focusing on symptoms or diagnoses, I recognize these patterns as intelligent and protective adaptations that once served you well. Although familiar patterns are protective, they also keep us stuck; when we open ourselves up to experiencing the full range of human emotions, including pain and hurt, we also open ourselves up to deeper relationships, more meaningful connection, and greater healing. Together, we lay the groundwork for you to reconnect with your body and self and move toward a life that feels deeply meaningful and authentically yours.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I'm a queer, neurodivergent therapist and Atlanta native. I’ve invested in reconnecting with my intuitive and embodied self and cultivating connection with queer community, which allows me to show up more fully with my clients. My practice is deeply rooted in feminist, anti-oppressive, and sex-positive values—spaces where authenticity isn't just welcomed but celebrated. I'm committed to ongoing learning, both through the wisdom shared by 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and through continuing education and consultation that keeps my practice evolving. In my free time, you can find me reading queer romance, knitting, singing, or rewatching my favorite tv show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Occasionally, I’m featured on podcasts discussing Buffy and its cultural significance.
