About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck. Many of my clients are navigating big life changes, managing anxiety, or trying to break old patterns that no longer serve them. If you are looking for a supportive space to talk things through and learn practical skills, I am here to guide you through that process.
My Background and Approach
I’m Jenna Emmons, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania. I have more than 7 years of experience working in the mental health field, providing support and guidance for teens and adults from diverse backgrounds who experience challenges with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and grief. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness Techniques - I take an eclectic approach to meet your unique needs and goals. I focus on skills such as emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance, helping you navigate challenging emotions, build stronger relationships, and increase resiliency to cope with life’s stressors. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to create a collaborative and compassionate environment where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered.
