About My Clients
My ideal client is womxn of any age. I'm passionate about supporting and empowering this population. The obstacles we face are multifaceted. My way of opposing the patriarchy is by giving women endless amounts of compassion and care.
My Background and Approach
Typical treatment plans involve the provision of a calm, supportive virtual space in which to process and vent, where you will be empowered and the ways you were trained by society will be questioned, along with a partnership which helps you determine what is important to you and how to get it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My beliefs are intertwined with my activist attitude. I grew up as a Christian, yet ended up leaving this faith in my 20s-early 30s. Now in my 40s, with a lot of life experience and deep reflection under my belt, I'm more focused on living mindfully and always learning and growing. I'm somewhat spiritual and philosophical, but not tied to a religion.
