About My Clients
Through a collaborative effort, I work with children, adolescents, adults and their families, to navigate through life stressors, anxiety, depression and peer/family conflict, among other areas of struggle as well. You have taken the important first step of reaching out for help and support. The journey to a happier, healthier life can be lined with tough obstacles, but with the right support, people of all ages can achieve it.
My Background and Approach
My approach is strengths-based and client-centered, with an emphasis on helping each individual feel empowered throughout his/her counseling experience. I am trained in several modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and provide education on various skills, including mindfulness and emotion regulation. I have extensive experience helping children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of environments, including school, crisis, partial hospital and outpatient settings.
