My approach is collaborative, structured, and grounded in evidence-based therapies including CBT, ERP for OCD and anxiety, ACT, and mindfulness-based interventions. I help clients build practical coping skills, increase distress tolerance, and develop greater psychological flexibility. Therapy focuses on creating meaningful, sustainable change while supporting you through uncertainty, stress, and high expectations.
