My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Parent-child bonds are among the most important, and as family members grow and evolve, they can encounter experiences stress and conflict. I help parents and adolescents strengthen their relationships and create healthier family dynamics. Our journey in therapy will focus on bridging communication gaps, nurturing mutual understanding, and creating a more supportive family environment where everyone can thrive. My work with individuals (12+) focuses on exploring personal identity, building secure attachment, improving self-worth, and overcoming life’s obstacles with confidence. We will collaboratively explore your inner world, cultivate resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.
